If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on cancellation, return and refund.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • You are entitled to cancel your order before shipping.
  • Customised / personalised products are not cancellable. 
  • To cancel your order please send us an email at support@pihurpathsala.com, Subject should be mentioned with “Order Cancellation Request ”. Order id must be mentioned.
  • Cancellation and refund will be processed when we accept your cancellation request.
  • Refund will be done within 7 working day.

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation of any order that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Refund, Return Policy

The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us. 

1. Damaged Item:  If the Item is damaged upon receipt by the customer, we will provide replacement at no extra cost. Customers must notify us of the damage within 3 days of receiving the package and provide photographic/Video evidence of the damage.

2. Wrong Item:  If incorrect item is shipped to the customer due to an error on our part, we will offer replacement or full refund at no additional charge. Customers must notify us of any discrepancies within 3 days of receiving the package.

3. Defective item: If the item is defective, such as tears, missing Velcro or other issues that compromise their functionality, we will provide replacement at no extra cost. Customers must notify us of any defects within 3 days of receiving the package.

4. Return Instructions: To initiate a return or request a refund, customers must contact our customer care service support@pihurpathsala.com to obtain a return authorization. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

5. For refund/ replacement videography is must.  Without videography refund process will be rejected.

6. Responsibility for Return Shipping: Once your replacement request is accepted, our delivery partner will pickup the item from your address (provided at the time of delivery). However, customers are responsible for the cost of return processing fee (two way shipping+ handling charge)  for other reasons, such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong items.

7. Refund Process: After getting back the product at our warehouse, we shall process the refund on the original payment mode (which was used at the time of placing order) COD will be refunded to customer’s bank account; if customer bank A/C is not available it will shall send a gift voucher which can be used for future purchase with us. Refund should be done within 7 working days.

8. Conditions for Returns: Item must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and unopened, to be eligible for a refund.

9. Customized / personalized products are not cancellable/ returnable /refundable. We only can replace with same for defective/damaged product.

We reserve the right to refuse returns /replacement/refund of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
